Men walking?? Women might be running as well to escape these forced tests. Reluctance is being made compulsion by the Uganda Govt. I would definitely be following your next report, John. Hope it comes asap, can’t wait to see the funnier side of it.

Am associated with a local NGO where voluntary counseling and testing of HIV/AIDs is provided free of charge but the turnup is always something like 75 women compared to 6 men!
And this has greatly increased the spread of HIV/AIDs among the family, generally, because men are less willing to have the test!
