Well, I also heard that there are about 7 millions Ugandans starving over there which also needs to be taken cared of. that should be a major concern more than just credit and beer and cement and airtime sales.

beer, cement and airtime are the items generating most revenue for the government. So trust me when the revenue body raises red flags on this, the government/nation has reason to get worrried.

It is interesting as this is an opportunity to see how patriotic our leaders are. I wonder if they will cut back on their lavish lifestyles before the nation comes to its knees, if it ever does!!
